• GP Credits: Electronic credits available in the Account.

• Virtual Items: In-game items or currency obtained through platform activities.

3. License to Use INDGM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform and services, subject to compliance with these terms.

4. Representations and Warranties By using the platform, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18.

2. Your personal details are accurate, and you will notify INDGM of any updates.

3. You will keep your account credentials confidential.

4. You will not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized commercial activities.

5. You will not use INDGM's intellectual property without permission.

7. Unauthorized or illegal content posting is prohibited.

8. Uploading harmful software or files is prohibited.

9. INDGM may send updates and promotional content to your account.

6. Virtual Items

1. Virtual Items remain the property of INDGM.

2. You are granted a limited license to use Virtual Items on the platform.

3. Virtual Items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Selling or transferring Virtual Items is prohibited unless permitted by INDGM.

7. Payment

1. Payments must be made in available platform currencies based on INDGM’s exchange rates.

2. You are responsible for ensuring timely payments for services.
